This place is a true gem of Trapani. Small little bakery pumping out fresh breads and cabuccio all day. Everything is made fresh to order, and it is such good value for what they are offering. In the back, you can see them sliding the dough into the hot ovens. The staff are so kind and accommodating too. Great place.

With their old furnace burning branches from olive trees to their handmade loaves in old Sicilian style this is by far the best bakery around. I visit every time I come to Trapani. And don’t forget their Pizzas and Arancini and Panini.

Absolutely delicious cuccini and pistachio croissants, cuccini is made fresh so have to wait a little but 100% worth it. Really good prices and customer service was friendly which makes a nice change for Italy.
