Ristorante Rusall — Restaurant in Tremezzina

Terrible experience. Left waiting for 2 hours on service whilst those around us, some who had arrived after, received their food and were waiting for the bill. Felt constantly ignored despite asking for updates. Didn't even provide complementary top up bread for the table. When the food arrived, wasn't even worth the wait. Bland and completely forgettable. Half hearted excuse from the owner upon leaving, blamed it on a chef getting injured, however, I noticed the food was flowing everywhere but our table. Don't want to level racism at this establishment, but being the only POC at the restaurant that evening, felt completely ignored and mistreated. Would have gone anywhere else that evening, however, there is limited transport in lake Como, so options were, wait for food or go hungry that evening. Have eaten all over the world, this is my worst...

Location che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione delle camere e dell'ingresso principale e del salone, così da diventare un hotel di grande spessore visto le grandi potenzialità dovute ad una posizione davvero fantastica con una Terrazza bellissima che si affaccia sul lago di Como con una vista magnifica ed una piscina a fianco alla terrazza leggermente più bassa ma con affaccio sempre sul lago. Parcheggio coperto e qualche posto all'aperto. La colazione viene servita sulla magnifica terrazza, anche se la proprietà modifica a proprio piacimento regole di utilizzo. Per spiegarsi meglio, sembra che gli ospiti che rimangano a cena siano di serie A mentre chi non lo fa viene classificato di serie B, comprovato che la prima mattina ci hanno fatto scegliere dove mettersi al tavolo, nel tardo pomeriggio riceviamo una telefonata dall'albergatore che ci chiedeva se saremmo rimasti a cena la sera, ma avevamo già prenotato in altro ristorante, la mattina seguente ci ha detto che il tavolo che avevamo scelto la mattina precedente non era disponibile per noi ma solo per chi era rimasto a cena. ASSURDO SE VOLETE CHE GLI OSPITI CENINO IN HOTEL, FATE OFFERTE CON MEZZA PENSIONE Questa cosa è stata molto deludente.

Ritengo che hotel ha delle regole, deve esporle e comunicarle subito, altrimenti l'ospite si sente preso in giro.

Peccato perché l'hotel ha veramente grandi potenzialità. Spero che la mia recensione sia presa come in propositiva al miglioramento. Potrebbe tranquillamente avere 5...

We were left waiting over 2 hours for food. It had gone dark and we could barely see the food when it finally did come out. Every other table was served before us including everyone who was seated after us with much larger parties, getting all their courses promptly. Very much felt like this was a race issue.
