Camelia Bakery — Restaurant in Treviso

I arrived at the bakery to try their tiramisu. Feeling the loneliness that sometimes comes with traveling solo, I decided to also try the Italian hot chocolate. The interior was beautifully decorated, featuring traditional architecture with floral bloom aesthetics that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I arrived around 2 PM, and the shop was fairly empty. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. The tiramisu had a noticeable sweetness and creaminess, likely from condensed milk. It had a single layer of savoiardi biscuits and a generous amount of cream on top. The cocoa powder was pure, unsweetened, adding a nice contrast to the creamy layers. I paired it with a dark hot chocolate, which was rich, decadent, and thick, topped with a stable layer of cream. It had a satisfying mouthfeel and worked surprisingly well as a palate cleanser between bites of dessert. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s Birthday from Canada and I told them I will be picking up on March 21st. I have also booked a photo session on March 21st as well. I messaged them 2 days before and told them that I will pick up the cake and they said we cant make that cake for you because you had to confirm. Well how many times I had to confirm with them. They ruined my daughter's day. She didnt have a cake for her photo shoot. They are the ones that had to confirm with me not me as a customer. The person who I dealt with was so rude too and she didnt even try to help me in another way. Awful service and awful customer service. Abbiamo deciso di affidarci a Camelia Bakery per la realizzazione della nostra torta nuziale e non avremmo potuto prendere una decisione migliore!!!!

Lo staff da Camelia ci ha fatto sentire speciali sin dal primo momento in cui gli abbiamo contattati per organizzare la prova assaggio e ricevere un preventivo. Siamo stati seguiti da Linda che ci ha offerto un servizio super professionale, con molta attenzione ai dettagli e sempre pronta ad ascoltare e accomodare ogni nostra esigenza e preferenza.

Abbiamo prima fatto una prova assaggio e consulenza con Linda, cosi' che potessero capire i nostri gusti e preferenze sulla presentazione della torta. Siamo riusciti a fare l'assaggio di tutte le combinazioni offerte da Camelia Bakery, capendo assieme quali gusti potessero complimentare meglio l'uno e l'altro. Non ci siamo mai sentiti sotto pressione nel dover prendere una decisione affrettata sui gusti e decorazioni con cui procedere. E tutto cio' ha reso la procedura molto rilassante, un ricordo che ci porteremo sempre con noi - aver potuto personalizzare la nostra torta dal gusto alle decorazioni, Camelia Bakery ha saputo combinare le nostre preferenze con i loro consigli professionali per la realizzazione di una torta perfetta nel gusto e aspetto.

Camelia Bakery ci ha sempre fatto sentire tranquilli nella realizzazione della torta, occupandosi anche del trasporto alla location e decorazione di essa in location assicurandosi che fosse preparata non piu di due ore prima del taglio torta per mantenerne la freschezza.

Una torta bellissima da vedere, scenica ed elegante, senza comprometterne il gusto e la leggerezza - sia noi che tutti i nostri ospiti l'abbiamo adorata, cosi tanto che non ne e' rimasta nemmeno una fetta per me e mio marito da poter mangiare alla fine del party!! E non perche' non ce ne fosse abbastanza, ma perche tuttib gli invitati hanno voluto fare il bis - nonostante il grande pranzo finito poco tempo prima.

Non avremmo potuto sperare per un miglior risultato!!! Grazie a Linda e tutto lo staff a Camelia...
