Pizza al Giulia — Restaurant in Trieste

Good food, but dishonest service.

They advertise "at lunch, with any pizza you get a free drink".

However, when we got our pizzas, I asked and I was told "actually, with the margherita you don't get one. Only pizza 7€ gets it." Then under their watch I got two drinks and they said nothing. After I opened one and started drinking, they told me "actually the free drinks are just Pepsi and Water, that would be 1.5€" and they made me pay for it.

As shown, at no point it's written any of this, and as shown in the menu every drink is the same price. I was not told about it despite asking twice until AFTER I opened mine. There was no reason for anyone to think that there's any distinction among drinks, as they are all categorized as the same on the menu and their price is the same.

Mercoledì scorso, se non erro, io e mio figlio decidiamo di ordinarci qualcosa per merenda. Chiamo la pizzeria al Giulia e chiedo se cortesemente si può ordinare un calzone alla Nutella. La voce alquanto scocciata che mi risponde al telefono mi dice di no....allora immagino che sia per l'importo troppo esiguo, un calzone alla Nutella costa solo 3.50. Quindi chiedo se ordinandone due sia fattibile...ok mi dicono sempre seccamente. Bene. Attendo il fattorino, che arriva in tempi relativamente buoni anche se i calzoni , a dire il vero , erano appena tiepidi...ma non importa in fondo faceva piuttosto freddo quel pomeriggio. Quello che mi ha sorpreso è il prezzo ! 10 € dice il fattorino! Ok grazie, paghiamo senza protestare...ma 3,50 ×2 a casa mia fa 7 € Boh forse mi è sfuggito qualcosa....almeno lo spero . In caso contrario mi sembra abbastanza scorretto! Di certo io non ordinerò più niente, visto che i prezzi esposti sul sito della pizzeria sono , a quanto pare ,un optional! Almeno mi avessero avvisato al momento dell'ordine....macché.....ancora brontolare che un calzone era...

We ordered Pizza from this place yesterday. And it was honestly (and I‘m not even exaggerating) the worst meal I have ever eaten. The fries looked and tasted like they were fried two weeks ago and the pizza tasted like nothing and hat the texture of the carton. We did not finish the food because we honestly were afraid to get food poisoning...
