Bruno ed il suo staff sono da anni a disposizione dei clienti. Ogni domanda viene soddisfatta, sulla qualità, la provenienza ed il migliore modo di cucinare il pesce che vende. Se proprio non si è capaci di cucinare o si ha poco tempo c'è anche l'angolo della gastronomia, da lui inaugurato, ed ora preso in consegna dalla figlia, il risultato è rimasto di qualità molto elevata.
