Urban Caffè — Restaurant in Trieste

We were the first visitors on the first day when they were just opening the coffeehouse, so everyone was still preparing. But we were served by the super friendly manager who has a lot of experience. She explained the house brand to us. There are two blends and six single origin roasts, one from a women's collective in Uganda. The roasting is done at the RoaTS roastery, but they also do microroasting in the shop. If you want, you can have your beans ground right there. The price for their coffees are really reasonable. There's a really nice selection of coffee accessories from all around the world. It's also a beautiful café, with big windows that can be opened - it's going to be a popular location for sure. This place is cool! They offer something that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. The brioches are super tasty and they have different varieties such as the kinder flavor! The price is kinda higher than in most of the places around the zone. I would give it five stars but I was expecting an exceptional coffee for that price honestly, which is not bad is...

Amazing place, nice to see speciality cafe in Italy among other Classic espresso bars, we got really nice Capo in B and espresso, fruity and bright. You can also buy here coffee brewing accessories and a lot of different coffee variety....
