5 stars for pizza, 1 star for price policy and the speed of service. It took them ages to bring us a menu. OK it was evening and we didn’t have reservation but waiters looked our direction many times, but nothing happened. They have 2 menus. QR and the paper one. QR is with smaller prizes. After order, the dish was brought pretty quick and it was delicious (they asked us if we would like mozzarella in the middle of the pizza which we didn’t see on the menu so we said yes and it was really good). After we finished our pizzas, we had empty plates for about 20 minutes and no one took them away, we had to call the waiter then and ask for the receipt. We counted our order with higher prices on paper menu which should be 23.50€ (we didn’t check the QR prices but maybe 20 Euros?). At the end, the price on the bill was 35€ with more expensive pizza and beer (even though we expected the paper menu prices) and they added item called “coperto” for 4 Euros. Also each extra mozarella was for 3 euros which is ok but I would prefer to be informed. It took them another 15 minutes then we called the waiter to pick up the money and explain the coperto (we didn’t ask about higher prices, I am not the type who needs to explain every item on the bill but it was strange to have something extra on the receipt). We googled coperto and it was translated as some small bread or something similar. They explained that coperto is tip. We paid with mixed feelings. Nice place, great cousine, also the stuff was very nice when they finally reached our table but...

Our favorite pizza establishment was closed due to it being a Monday so we decided to try a takeaway pizza from this highly rated restaurant. It was an utter disappointment. As I waited for the pizza I witnessed a waiter collect a plate with a pizza on it from the guy making pizzas, touch some topping on the pizza with his bare hands, and move it elsewhere. Then upon return, he smiled at the pizza maker and licked the finger he touched the pizza with. It made me question hygiene of the staff. When we received our pizza we left to go eat out in the open public square. When we opened the box it was noticed how wet and runny the sauce base was, practically uncooked and dripping. Upon picking up a piece we realised this thing was a floppy mess. See the video... We were starving by this point so ate what we could, but probably should have returned it. Overall a significant disappointment and shocking product from a highly rated...

One person from our group requested an ash tray, the waiter brought it, and after that when our friend wanted to light a cigarette, the waiter was very rude and said if you want to smoke you can leave, after the initial shock, and asking him why, he was very rude again and even sent a swear to my mom, very professional what can I say Later edit: it is not a misunderstanding in the tone when waiter says something about your mom, for us it was clear that the smoking was not allowed but because of the bad young inexperienced waiters the situation escalated quickly, also no one lighted a cigarette so the situation was exaggerated again, the real problem was the behaviour of 2 of waiters who considered that if one person from our group joked about never coming again, they understood that we want to live and...
