Overall, it was a very poor experience. We were asked to wait the 5 minutes before the restaurant actually opened as the manager seemed busy looking at her phone. We had a pleasant drink at the much friendlier next door establishment. We were offered a table after the official time when we asked again. The waitress seemed in a terrible mood, or she just didn't like us. We ordered, and the food and drinks came promptly. While eating my pizza, another in the party noticed the manager talking to another member of staff and laughing and pointing at my food. Plates were then taken away. Pizza's are fine, but the service is horrible. They didn't take our order for a long time, and when they finally did, the waitress was kind of rude (we chalked it up to not being proficient at english first). We then finally got three of our four pizzas; okay, the next one will come in a minute. 5 minutes later: still no fourth pizza. We went inside to ask where the pizza was. They just forgot about it! La pizza in sè possiamo considerarla buona, bisogna però di base apprezzare la pizza contemporanea, che io più semplicemente definirei pizza a canotto, metà cornicione, metà pizza in pratica. Non metto in dubbio che gli ingredienti siano di prima qualità però non è possibile che quasi tutte le pizze costino minimo 12,50 euro. E sono furbi ! i prezzi nel menù sono scritti davvero piccoli accanto all'elenco degli ingredienti della pizza in modo tale che il cliente dia meno peso alla mazzata che si sta per prendere. La mia ragazza ha ordinato la loro famosa pizza con la mortadella, 16 euro, pareva di mangiare un panino pieno di olio con dentro un pò di mortadella...in sè non ho mangiato male, ma l'esperienza non è stata un granché parlando di un rapporto qualità prezzo e anche il servizio niente di eccelso, anzi ci han dato sta scatola di latta con dentro tutto per poter apparecchiare noi, ma dico io pago 40 euro 2 pizze un acqua e una coca cola e devo pure apparecchiare, mi dovreste imboccare. Inoltre l'acqua filtrata la fanno pagare 2,50 una bottiglia, per stesso lo prezzo in vari ristoranti offrono acque in bottiglia di ottima fattura. Sottolineo che non voglio fare il poveraccio e lamentarmi del fatto che costi troppo, perché se fossi uscito soddisfatto non avrei detto nulla e anzi sarei stato ben felice di pagare, dico solo che per il cibo e l'esperienza che offre questa catena di pizzerie onestamente non vale per niente la cifra spesa, però al tempo stesso riconosco la grande capacità di mktg dei gestori,...
