Poke House - Torino Carlina — Restaurant in Turin

A very unorganized and unrespectful staff!! First, they don't care that you are waiting outside to take the order, in the middle of the cold, and they prefer to serve a client who just arrived so he/she will not wait too much!! (Like if our orders are for charity!! Those are clients too, and instead of one person, there is two people waiting, the rider and the hungry client in his place). Second, the way they treat you with inferiority!! After telling the waitress the order number, and while searching for it and missing it (i saw it between the pile of orders!!), I told her that I saw my order but she did not care and said no. Kept searching in other places, and then she came accusing me that i told her a wrong order number. So I have repeated where was my order, she listened this time, and guess what, she did found it there!! Finally, they are so much unorganized, that they mix all the orders together, and they end up wondering which poke goes to which order!!! So please: -Treat people equally, no matter if they are riders or not, plus remember that the rider is a client also!! -Find a new manager for that place, a manager who can do his work well and fair, and make all his clients, including the one he doesn't see (in their own...

Such a great experience at this poke spot!! There are so many options nowadays for poke but this place was INCREDIBLE! Not only was the food delicious and super fresh with tons of fun options for toppings and vegetables, but the decor is also super cute and fun! The best part for sure though was the service!!!! The guy who helped us Juan was so friendly and funny and nice which is something that you don’t always get in places. He helped me so much pick something because I’m so indecisive and he was so helpful we ended up getting 2 bowls instead of just 1! 10/10 in food, customer service and ambiance so I super recommend if your around Turin and looking for a delicious healthy meal. Era da molto che aspettavo che aprisse questo locale poi la pubblicità che vedevo in giro ( coppetta media con salmone tagliato a cubetti,avocado tagliato anche a lui a cubetti con edamame è coperti di crema di avocado - il piatto Sunny Salmon il piatto che poi ho preso ) mi faceva mettere un certo languorino. Per le persone mattiniere si può fare anche colazione con gli smoothies,acai bowl e fruit poke. Il poke é un piatto tipico hawaiano che può essere servito come antipasto o come piatto principale ed è composto da una base di riso su cui viene messo pesce crudo o marinato con l’aggiunta di verdura e frutta. Si ha anche la possibilità di personalizzare il vostro piatto scegliendo la dimensione,la base e tutti i tipi di verdura e frutta. Si può ordinare il proprio piatto poke a domicilio tramite Glovo,Deliveroo e Just Eat. Il locale é molto hawaiano,super pulito e tutti i ragazzi e ragazze che compongono le vostre poke sono molto simpatici ed educati. Siamo rimaste molto più che soddisfatte è la qualità degli ingredienti si sente che sono super freschi. Provate per credere Se ci fossero 1000 stelle le metterei alla super grande.
