Un locale storico della nostra piccola città ... a distanza di anni questa mattina sono andato a fare colazione con mio figlio. L'ordinazione arriva sbagliata, poco male ... succede ma quello che percepisco è una sgradevole senso di sciatteria e trascuratezza .... davanti all'ingresso delle carte buttate per terra e nessuno, per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza si è degnato di raccoglierle...Ordiniamo 2 brioche che arrivano con solo un tovagliolino.. chiedo a mio figlio: tutto a posto? Mi guarda perplesso e mi dice:"sai papà, queste brioche dovresti mangiarle una sola volta nella vita"... Perchè? Sono talmente secche e cattive ...e in effetti non potevo dargli torto. In conclusione ... un peccato per questo locale ma la professionalità è a mio avviso tutta un'altra cosa.... mi auguro di essere incappato nella mattina...
