Me and my wife we had three dishes and the Tuscany whine dégustation. The mixed plate with cheese and prosciutteria was the starter. Because we could not decide what to take, we asked the waiter to just mix around this and that. When the plate was brought, we were explained in which order to eat it. The whine was also nicely explained. It was all very good. Secondly we ordered a Buereta with Prosciutto Crudo di Toscana and a Tartare with Buereta and nuts... We were in heaven... The last dish was a deconstructed Tiramisu with Cantucini and a cake. The cake was ok, nothing too special but the Tiramisu was really good. We didn't really look on the price table, we just wanted to have a good time in our holidays. When we paid we found out, that not only the taste and the people working there are exceptional but also the price (in a very positive way!) We thought the pici was overly salty, but soon learned it’s normally salty because of the type cheese used. The pasta was cooked al-dente . The steak was good and cooked correctly. The service was less desirable, wait person totally forgot our glass of wine and sparkling water, and the Coperto charge included nothing.. I think the wait person could have been more helpful with information about ordering from international customers. When we told him the pici was too salty, he pretty much had a fit and everyone in the restaurant was focused on us.. too focused in making his point and not focused on service, thus forgetting our beverages.. he still wanted to charge me for the wine and sparkling water, until I reminded him he failed to bring those items...
Read moreThe owner is rude and arrogant. We only wanted to have dessert, and while I can understand that the restaurant requires at least one main dish per person, the way he informed us of this rule was completely inappropriate. He sighed loudly, and when I tried to use the restroom, he ran over, started shouting, and banged on the door. This man clearly has issues managing his emotions.

And please check the response from the owner below to see it yourself. Rude, arrogant and even threatening.
*Now he's making it up that we were using the staff toilet when he himself showed it to us when we got there... this...
