A small and cozy local ristorante in Pienza city. I believe La Chiocciola is run as family business. Good hospitality from the family.
We order Fiorentina (1.1 kg) which is a Tuscan style t-bone steak. In my pictures, the beef is cooked in medium to well done because I want it that way. If you do not specify your preference, it will be served in medium or rare.
We also tried Pici or homemade pasta which you shluld not miss when travel to Tuscany. So good.
