Location in pieno centro Varese con atmosfera molto elegante e curata nel dettaglio. All’interno i coperti non sono tantissimi quindi consiglio di prenotare (forse durante la bella stagione mettono anche qualche tavolino all’esterno). La nostra esperienza è stata nel complesso sicuramente positiva, con un menu prevalentemente di terra/carne (per tutte le portate propongono comunque un’alternativa di pesce), tutto all’altezza delle aspettative. Porzioni abbondanti. Per rendere l’esperienza davvero a 5 stelle, considerando anche i prezzi del menu medio-alti (almeno 60€ a testa comprese due portate e mezza a testa, acqua, vino e caffè) si potrebbe migliorare il servizio (leggermente sotto-dimensionato rispetto al numero di ospiti in sala e quindi un po’ lento) e la presentazione dei piatti (c’è l’aspettavamo un po’ più “wow” e uno di noi ha trovato la tagliata di manzo poco tenera).
