Bacaro al Ravano — Restaurant in Venice

MALEDUCAZIONE UNICA E RARA A QUESTI LIVELLI! siamo entrati nel locale vuoto e abbiamo chiesto se potevamo prendere dei cicchetti, "solo un attimo" è stata la risposta alla stessa domanda in 5 minuti in cui il ragazzo semplicemente prendeva bicchieri per metterli o toglierli dalla lavastoviglie, i bicchieri potevano anche aspettare dico io. All'ennesima volta che chiediamo se possiamo prendere qualcosa da mangiare chiediamo i gusti di alcuni cicchetti appoggiati dietro al bancone e dice che quelli non possiamo prenderli, solo quelli in vetrina 3 tipologie palesemente stanche e avanzate dal turno prima, quindi ci dirigiamo alla vetrina e chiediamo i gusti, non ha voglia nemmeno di dirci i gusti perché la sua risposta è stata "basta leggere", da lì sempre peggio, non ci siamo stati più ad essere trattati così. siamo tutti lavoratori nel settore del commercio e MAI oserei trattare così clienti che non siano stati scorretti o scortesi e anzi che abbiano aspettato addirittura per i miei comodi. Evidentemente il "signore" non ha ancora trovato né il suo posto, né il suo settore nel mondo del lavoro. E... sarà una frase già sentita ma evidentemente è sempre attuale: ci sono tante persone che non hanno un lavoro e dopo ci sono persone come lui che un lavoro c'è l'hanno ma non lo meriterebbero. PS: I cicchetti non so come siano ma se sono fatti con la stessa voglia che ha di lavorare ve li sconsiglio! (Per il proprietario, sperando non sia lui stesso per i suoi affari, il giorno è martedì 4 turno pomeridiano alle 15:45, così sa anche di chi parliamo, ragazzo moro...

We went here for spritzes and cicchetti and really enjoyed it! They had the widest selection of cicchetti out of any place we saw/tried in Venice, so we ordered several different options to try, and each one was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the one with prosciutto, roasted red pepper, and roasted zucchini. The cicchetti were well seasoned and more flavorful than the others that we tried in the city. When you visit Venice (I am speaking it into existence for you) you will find many Bacaro’s…do yourself a favor and try one out! If you happen to find yourself in the San Polo neighborhood…stop in to Bacaro al Ravano! There is indoor and outdoor seating. A few drafts on deck as well as cocktails.
