Extremely cozy and friendly place. If you need a mood booster to have a good start into the day you should definitely come here. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They care about their customers and listen to feedback. The cafe has very cute interior and the music adds to the happy vibe. In terms of food you can choose between a big variety of sweet and salty dishes and the Menu was designed with a lot of care. It's definitely one of the prettiest menu's I've seen so far. We chose the fluffy pancakes and a chicken wrap and were stunned with the texture and flavour of both. The chicken wrap is very balanced, has a lot of meat and veggies that compliment the taste. The pancakes had the same taste and flavour of fluffy pancakes I had in Japan - so compliments to the kitchen staff for managing to getting this right. It's served with fresh fruit and enough sauce to satisfy everyone's saucy needs! If you want to have a relaxing all day brunch experience with lots of good food, drinks and super nice staff you need to come here. Bring some time and relax. You will not regret it. Thank you to the staff for the incredible service. We really appreciate it. :)

Delicious Brunch and Wonderful Service! 5 out of 5 stars I had a fantastic experience at the Brunch Cafe during my recent trip to Venice. The food was absolutely delicious - I ordered the mango pancakes with a mixed berry smoothie, and it was all absolutely fantastic. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, with lots of delicious sauces on top. The smoothie was so fresh and perfectly sweet. I can't wait to try the berry pancakes next time. The service was also wonderful. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I even accidentally left my retainer behind, and they went out of their way to try to help me find it from the garbage. They were so genuine and kind. I understand that it can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, but the cafe handled the crowds very well and kept the wait times reasonable. If I'm ever back in Venice, I will definitely be returning to the Brunch Cafe for another delightful brunch experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and top-notch service.

Complete scam, not worth your money. I asked the waiter very carefully, "Are the pancakes Japanese souffle, and are the insides WET?" He said yes. We ordered. The pancakes arrived within 1 min, which was a huge red flag, as they typically take 20 mins. They were fluffy, sure, but they were not Japanese souffle level. They were just dry inside. The bacon was completely burnt. The bread was so cold the butter wouldn't spread, and they didn't have jam. The pesto salad was meh. Finally, they have more sitting fees that, of course, are tucked away (like every other place in Venice). Our total came up to almost 40 euros, and we shared our food. We won't be coming back. Update: In response to the business owner's message, I want to say a few more things. 1. If you honestly answered that the pancake is dry inside, I would have ordered the french toast instead. I understand that a souffle pancake at a Japanese consistency is difficult. However, that is why I asked before I purchased it. You told us wet, and it was not wet. You provided an overcooked, dry, souffle pancake. This is evident by the fact that it was served within a minute. There is no souffle pancake that can be prepared on the spot within a minute unless it was already cooked. That is not something we wanted to pay 15 euros for. 2. If some people like black, burnt bacon and some don't, why not ask...? 3. "Regarding the price, they are all mentioned in the menu," is a weak response to hidden coperto / sit down fees. I'm aware that all of Venice is engaging in this shady business tactic, but that does not mean that I cannot mention it here. You did not hand me my receipt after paying, whereas every other business did. Only after asking for my receipt did I see the sit down fees and how high they were. (Some sort of size 2 font on your menu in a tiny corner hidden with white font does not count.)

Was drawn to this cafe that specialises in pancakes for breakfast, for a change from the traditional toast or bakeries. 🥞 the pancakes were soft as sold - but it wasn’t rich in flavours like what I expected it to be. The bacon was good though, definitely helped with the overall dish. The lettuce/salad didn’t come with any sauce, else it would have been better. I think it needs to have an option to add some sauce or syrup to it to make this a better dish, else it’s pretty much a dry fluffy pancake with a savoury meat.. ☕️ the chocolate and mocha didn’t sit very well with us too, rather sweet even with whipped cream (for the mocha) Service team was friendly, greeted every customer with smiles and even offered another table a replacement drink because they didn’t like theirs. Definitely see the appeal to visit this cafe for the pancakes, but would suggest to go for the sweet variant and top it up with savoury stuff on the sides for a more rounded meal.

Oh… this little spot. If you’re hungry and don’t care about service it’s a safe place. First; our food was excellent!! Chefs kiss * But the poor service ruined the experience for me. We had a reservation, & the staff made us wait out in the cold rain for 15 minutes even though there were 2 tables open. After we finally sat down, I observed that those two tables were given away to walk ins. Those same two tables got their food before us! The one couple paid and left before we even saw any food. Our food took over 30mins to come to the table. I really wish I could give it more stars but the service took away from the delicious breakfast. To top it off; while I waited for my husband to use the restroom; one of the waitresses approached me and said : “I need this table to sit other people”…..Well needless to say that was the cherry on top for me. Rude, careless service. Dear owner::::Fix the staff and you have a 5star little gem! Good luck!

Mango Coconut fluffy pancakes were good but fruits were a bit tart Skip the Barbie Latte (it was unsweetened and some kind of strawberry milk-like latte idk) And I got into it with one of the staff members over the Barbie latte (hot drink brought to me and I ordered it iced) Me: oh am I able to get this drink Iced? (thinking maybe she misheard or forgot) Staff: I cannot change the drink because if you wanted it Iced you would've needed to tell me initially And then we proceed to repeat ourselves a couple more times lol But then she brought me a cup of ice. Thanks. But towards the end, she had to show she's correct when hubby asked for the bill (not me lol) and she proceeded to come directly to me to read off the receipt that ...tada, you guessed it "Barbie Latte" Lol not all customers are correct but not all staff members hear correctly either but no point in arguing anymore and next time just order your stuff "cold" I guess
