Palazzo Pisani Moretta is a historic palace located along the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. It is known for its beautiful architecture and rich history. The palace was built in the 15th century and later renovated in the 18th century in the Venetian Baroque style. It has a stunning facade that combines Gothic and Renaissance elements, with intricate details, balconies, and ornate windows. The palace is named after the Pisani and Moretta families, two prominent Venetian noble families who once owned it. Over the centuries, it has served various purposes, including as a residence and a venue for important events. The grand interiors of the palace feature elaborate decorations, frescoes, and fine furniture, reflecting the wealth and status of the families who lived there. One of the highlights of Palazzo Pisani Moretta is its location along the Grand Canal, offering scenic views of the water and nearby landmarks. The palace is also known for its beautiful ballroom and historical significance in Venetian culture. While it is not as widely visited as some other Venetian landmarks, the palace is an excellent spot for those interested in Venice’s architectural heritage and nobility.

Built in the late 15th century by the Bembo family, this palace is a prime example of Venetian Gothic architecture. While the exterior reflects its medieval origins, the interior was richly renovated in the 18th century in both Baroque and Neoclassical styles. In 1629, the Pisani Moretta family acquired the palace and later oversaw several renovations and expansions, shaping it into the elegant residence we see today. The palace now serves as a luxurious venue for private events and exclusive masked balls—most famously Il Ballo del Doge, one of the highlights of the Venice Carnival.
