Enjoy Bistro - Restaurant - Bar — Restaurant in Venice

I've been there on September 5th 2022 and I've never seen such a disrespect with paying customers my whole life. It would be funny if it wasn't so humiliating and embarrassing.

While me, my mom and my aunt where buying food supplies for out trip back home from Venice, my mom had to use the bathroom there. And with less than 3 minutes after she had just entered the cashier lady enters screaming at my mom saying:

"Cosa fai!? Tu devi uscire" Italian for "what are you doing!? You need to leave. " At full lungs for the whole place to hear.

My mom that doesn't speak Italian, and at that point was already washing her hands to leave, was very confused and embarrassed at that situation.

I was astonished but tried to talk with her to understand what was going on. Then she kept speaking very loudly and at that point embarrassing me too. We had no choice but to leave that place with the stuff that we had bought up to that point and i walked 20 minutes more just to buy rest of the things that we needed so we would not need to stay even one more minute in that place.

We bought our city transportation tickets from this cafe for 2 days, payment by card is not accepted. The reason they only want cash is to scam people in rush hours. Instead of 4€ change, they gave 2 Saudi Arabian Riyal, which are very similar in size and appearance. I noticed the moment I got on the bus and informed them about the situation on the way back. They did not gave me back more than 2€! And told me that I was supposed to check that morning cause they look different! It was really bad experience. We arrived the Venice early morning and needed to wait for hostel check in. We were really tired. This was the only open cafe at that moment. That’s why we had a breakfast, used to toilet and wanted to get sone rest. The staff was super rude to us. I don’t reccomend to go there. He treated us like we are not costumer but thiefs. He forced me to give an order before charge my phone. We were already going to have breakfast like every customer. In additionaly, i ordered one more thing because of the long stay however i am full. I tried to be kind but it was really bad experience. And of course this is not all story. Shortly...
