Pasta Go ・ Espresso — Restaurant in Venice

I walked past this store two days in a row a week ago during dinner time and on the first day, someone was inside. On the second day, no one was there! This is despite the fact a pasta costs just a few euros here. So on the third day, I decided to give it a try but I’m sorry I’ve to say this place serves the worst pasta ever! I first tried the tomato-based spaghetti. The tomato sauce was less than mediocre and I found the spaghetti size too thick for my liking. Thinking I was being too fussy I thought I would give the store another chance and ordered fusilli instead and with carbonara sauce thinking no one could ever go wrong with carbonara sauce and I almost spit out the carbonara sauce. It tasted awful plus it was way too salty! Don’t bother patronizing the store as I find the staffs have not been trained to cook pasta for crying...

Very bad for fresh pasta..not good knowledge on basic things like technique about pasta.. We order tagliatelle and received papardelle and the spaggeti that we order was spaggetoni..nothing to do with Italian pasta and that exposed the Italian colt ure..we were waiting almost 30 minutes..too slow the woman that was working there..and all the people around were upset with the service.. Overpriced for what they offer.. I couldn't finish that bad pasta and gave it to a pelican and even that didn't eat!! Look the photo below how much oil..but when you see Chinese people running a Italian fast food don't expect...

Above average pasta at way below average prices! This small, but charming pasta shop does what it says on the tin, Pasta and Go!
