Ristorante Coreano Bada - 한식당 바다 — Restaurant in Venice

We visited this Korean restaurant two days ago and had a wonderful experience — the food was delicious and the service, especially from one experienced female staff member, was exceptional. Her professionalism and attentiveness left a very good impression on us.

However, our second visit today was quite disappointing. We were served by two male staff members who appeared unprofessional and lacked basic service etiquette. I ordered naengmyeon (cold noodles), but they brought out what looked like a spicy ramen dish instead. When I asked about it, one of the staff told me—without any apology—that naengmyeon is only served in summer and they had replaced it with this dish without informing me beforehand.

I then requested to change my order to bibimbap. Unfortunately, the new dish took so long to arrive that I had already full, and my husband had also finished his meal by then. No explanation, no apology.

This experience was frustrating, especially considering how much we enjoyed our first visit. We hope the restaurant will address these inconsistencies in service to ensure all guests receive the same level of care and...

I am currently on a honey moon vacation in Italy for all most a week. I love Italian food but I’m a huge Asian food lover and cannot live without korean food for more than a week. We just came from Portugal and there was not even one decent authentic Asian restaurant in Portugal. I’m totally impressed with this authentic Korean restaurant. I really enjoyed kimchi hotpot , yukgaejang and cold noodles. Also my husband really loved the eel with rice. Their kimchi and side dishes are also delicious. The owner is very pretty, nice and professional. Restaurant is very spacious, nicely decorated and has the best Korean food in Venice. If anyone is craving for Korean food in Venice, this is the restaurant to try in Venice. I tried other korean and Chinese restaurants in Venice and it wasn’t up to my expectations. I highly recommend this...

Una stella solo per la ragazza italiana, sono andata a festeggiare un compleanno di 18 anni. Per non dare disturbi ai altri cliente abbiamo chiesto la room nonostante in questa temperatura non c’è l’aria condizionata. Alle 19:00 siamo arrivate che abbiamo pensato di decorare un po’ quindi stavamo gonfiando i palloncini che abbiamo portato è arrivato subito un ragazzo coreano dicendo che se lo facciamo dobbiamo pulire noi stessi ovviamente abbiamo accettato (Anche se è la prima volta che esco a festeggiare compleanno devo pure pulire). Poi che volevamo attaccare dei palloncini sul muro ci hanno pure portato il nastro adesivo quando quasi abbiamo finito è arrivata la loro responsabile dicendo che se facciamo così roviniamo il loro muro sentendo dire così abbiamo subito tolto i palloncini (grazie mille che sono arrivati ad avvisarci dopo mezz’ora che siamo stati lì a decorare). Alla fine della cena volevamo ordinare dei dolci , hanno rifiutato che la cucina è occupato a fare altri piatti nn riescono ad a prepararlo, quindi abbiamo chiesto la torta che abbiamo portato e dei piatti puliti per dividerlo, è arrivato il ragazzo coreano dicendo che nn c’è l’hanno piatti puliti… Poi la ragazza ci ha portato lo stesso dei piatti puliti grazie al cielo. Dopo abbiamo chiesto un accendino per la candela dicevano che nn c’è l’hanno (Sinceramente se non avete niente è meglio che chiudetevi). Alla fine volevamo pulire la stanza chiedendo se disturbiamo i altri clienti se esplodiamo i palloncini (Già al inizio abbiamo chiesto poi anche quando mangiavano totale almeno abbiamo chiesto per intero 3 volte), hanno detto che nn c’è problema e ci ha portato dei stuzzicadenti e la scopa, dopo esploso qualche palloncini è arrivato di nuovo il loro responsabile dicendo che creammo solo casino e facciamo troppo casino, ma sinceramente tutto quello che abbiamo fatto abbiamo anche chiesto perché alla fine della cena vengono e danno tutta la colpa a noi? Comunque all fine abbiamo messo i palloncini tutto in un angolo e abbiamo spazzato...
