My wife and I found this shop after she had fallen on the trail between Veranazza and Corniglia and suffered a hand injury. We entered the shop and asked if we could use the restroom to wash up in our very broken attempt at the Italian language. One of the employees looked at her bleeding hand, led her back to the sinks where he washed, applied ointment, and dressed the wound. He didn't like the gauze in the first aid kit so he served us espressos, seated us and ran home to find the appropriate type of gauze (we believe was an EMT, also).
