One time i didn't check the reviews and of course it backfired. Decided to just go and have something for dinner, as the place looked decent from the outside. I should 've just turned around within the first minute of interaction with the staff (particularly, the taller out of the two older guys that ran that place). Absolutely pathetic human being that was trying to squeeze some sort of a happy look while interacting with some tables and almost about to flip out while interacting with others, I observed him just to understand whether I got something wrong during my first interaction with him. No one came to check on the table throughout the whole dinner, by the way. Time came to pay (which took good 20 min just get anyone's attention), the same guy wanted me to go inside to pay, although i saw others getting their reciepts at the table. At that point I just simply said 'no'..a couple of people witnessed that and just made perplexed faces, not understanding what that guy' deal was. So he made some women to bring out a reciept , who at least looked apologetic while doing it (i kind of felt bad for her). Anyway, food is mediocre, as others said, so absolutely no reason to choose this place over others in the area. 2 stars for food, 0 stars for service, equals 1 star in my book....
Read moreThis restaurant was such a special find! We came here on the recommendation of another owner, Nicole from Enoteca Della Corte (whose service, drinks, platters, focaccia were equally to die for) and this place exceeded all our expectations. The dishes here were bursting with freshness, especially the tomatoes, which came straight from the owner’s own garden. The atmosphere was warm and authentic with beautiful sunset views on the hill side, and you can feel the pride and love that goes into the food. Truly one of the most memorable homemade meals of our trip, we came for coffee, pastries and dinner and couldn’t get enough! He went as far as to give us incredible recommendations for our next location on our trip, truly making us feel like family. Do not miss this place...

Located over a little bluff just off the main square is a great, quiet place with excellent food and wonderful, friendly service. We stopped after a long travel day and were treated so well. Nico was an amazing host and treated us like family. The food was excellent. Our beef tartar was exceptional and our main pasta dishes were some of the best food we have eaten on our Italian Holiday!! Nico brought us still warm fresh baked bread and topped that with just out of the oven focaccia that was heavenly. BTW, the sunsets are also amazing from the...
