L'Incrocio del Gusto — Restaurant in Verona

Booked a table for 2 at lunchtime, the waitress that took the order was friendly and explained us what were the dishes. After ordering we waited approximately 25 minutes for the dishes to arrive, but there was no sight of them.(we ordered a salad, a sandwich and some gnocchi) I went to the cash register and politely complained for the wait time since we were in a hurry, and while doing this I saw a table that arrived after us having already the gnocchi on it. The cashier told me she’ll check and after a couple minutes the dishes arrived. Here comes the major issue, the waitress that brought me the salad, a tattooed girl, after asking whose was it, slammed it on the table. The gnocchi arrived soon after and so the sandwich. I asked a doggy bag for the sandwich pointing out that we were running late, and the waitress answered rudely saying that we waited only 20 minutes for the food. Having worked previously in the food sector I’m pretty sure 20 minutes were more than enough, even for the rush hour. The food was great, don’t get me wrong, but the service and the timings were awful and that’s a dealbreaker. Not advised for lunch time and for the days that the tattooed girl...

Ci ho pranzato la settimana scorsa arrivando lì per caso con degli amici in una trasferta di lavoro, mi resta in mente una sola parola, un prezioso concetto: qualità. Del cibo, del servizio, del contesto. Ed ovviamente la qualità non arriva per caso, cibi preparati accuratamente con ingredienti ottimi da professionisti validi animati dal corretto spirito, esperienza del tutto positiva, ringrazio lo staff e raccomando il locale, tra l'altro molto comodo per la vicinanza al casello. One of the better options around here. This area isn't very well served by restaurants but this is not too bad at all. I'd suggest this restaurant over any...
