This is a lovely little local restaurant where the food and service were excellent. The prices were also very reasonable. The pasta first course was very tasty, and the pasta was fresh. We had one with salsiccia and mushrooms and another with leaks and pomegranate. The second course of lamb with polenta was delicious. For dessert, we had the Sicilian lemon pudding, which was also very good. The neapolitan ricotta cake was good, but just a little dry. For us, the evening was spoilt somewhat by a man at the next table who made a long video call on loudspeaker in a very loud voice. I feel the staff could/should have suggested that he make the call outside. Another thing you should know is that the only toilet is a squat - quite...

Wonderful place. I would never have found this restaurant without the recommendation of my Airbnb host. It's off the beaten track, to the east of the river away from the main tourist area. You could walk past the entrance without noticing it as it is on a residential street. When you walk through the door you never expect to find the most beautiful courtyard at the back completely covered by a canopy of Wisteria. The scent must be intoxicating when in bloom. This is a little hidden oasis serving great pasta and salads. What's more, the prices are reasonable and so much cheaper then in the main tourist area....

An amazing experience for two friends; me from Gernany and my friend from Australia. Such a pleasure to be served by capable and knowledgable staff. The atmosphere and surroudings are what one is looking for to experience a perfect and original Veronese food experience. The food was stunning and with expert help of staff in advising, we enjoyed a perfect meal. The ambience in the garden was truly charming, peaceful and relaxing as the sun dappled its way through the green vines...

This is a very special place. Family owned and operated, every dish is made with care. The daily pasta offerings should not be missed; the house wine is a cut above the usual; the fennel and smoked cheese contorno is a simple masterpiece; and each delectable dessert is made in house. We’ve been in the Veneto for a month now, and this was our very best meal.

Experiencia contradictoria.
