HOSEN | Specialty coffee & Bakery — Restaurant in Vicenza

As a baker who’s tried practically every pasticceria in Vicenza, this is the best bakery I’ve come across so far. And not just pastries, they do the best in every category. It’s hard to find French croissant and Viennoiserie but they make legit ones here, the lamination is excellent, the texture is flaky and buttery and the baker trained in French style pastry. They serve specialty coffee from a roaster in Florence and it’s the high quality coffee this city really needs, unlike the burnt coffee you’ll find at most bars. I came here multiple times during my stay and I’ll be back next time. (Honestly speaking I would stop by every morning if I could lol). The only issues I noticed were the flat white being more like a latte macchiato instead of the correct ratio of milk to espresso.
