I don't drink wine but my friends do. They did a wine sampler, while I got a bottle of water. And drank the whole thing myself! Ha! The food was really good. I got the hummus and seasonal veggie plate. The menu says pea hummus, which I thought meant chick pea hummus, but it meant green pea hummus. I hate peas. But wow this stuff was good! And when paired with the delicious veggies they had grilled it was phenomenal. Friends got the carbonara and a focacia-based dish. Every really enjoyed the food. The ambiance was relaxing and festive. The service was laid back - they leave you to your thing until you call them over. Definitely recommend for a relaxing evening.

Very clean and modern spot on the outskirts of the historical center of Vicenza, and close to Teatro Olimpico which is why it probably is the way it is. While the wines are certainly less expensive than what you can get in the states, they do seem to cater to a more international clientele. The food is so-so, and more expensive for what it is. While we did not have a bad meal, you can tell that it is more processed than most of the food that I have had in Italy. If you are desperate for a spot, give it a try.

Stasera siamo stati io ed un mio amico storico da Signorvino di Vicenza. Entrati nel locale siamo stati avvolti da un’atmosfera davvero fantastica, di cui una cornice industrial style di vera classe! Ci ha accolto da subito Vanessa, una simpaticissima ragazza che ci ha messo immediatamente a nostro agio con la sua simpatia ed il suo entusiasmo. Ci preparavamo da giorni con grande aspettativa su questa serata, in quanto abbiamo alle spalle una verace passione per il vino, ci auguravamo dunque di fare una esperienza soddisfacente. Da subito appena Vanessa ci ha segnalato il wine specialist Cristian la serata ha preso la svolta giusta. Cristian ci ha introdotto da subito in quello che era stato il percorso da noi individuato: vini piemontesi. Cristian è stato bravissimo, ha immediatamente tradotto il nostro desiderio in realtà. Ci ha suggerito un percorso che è partito da un sublime Barbaresco ad un eccelso Barolo, il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo e scenografico tagliere “Imperiale” che suggerisco a tutti. E’ ottimo per assaggiare i sapori e sentori del vino proposto delle numerevoli cantine ivi presenti! Cristian ci ha accompagnato per mano facendoci scoprire “culturalmente” quello che stavamo bevendo. In definitiva consiglio assolutamente questo locale, soprattutto la bravissima Vanessa e l’esperto ed unico accompagnamento di Cristian, come guida e mentore di queste fantastiche esperienze enogastronomiche

Tasty food and good wine, what more could you ask for? Waiters are really professional, so you won't have to wait long to be served. We chose local bread for the antipasti and for the main course a risotto and a rustic cutlet. Everything was delicious. The payment is a little bit unconventional and you need to explain which table was yours, but that is only a minor inconvenience.

When it comes to the shop it's pretty well stocked with many different wines to choose from. The staff speaks English well so they'll be able to help...

The restaurant was a nice surprise. Olga, the lady that served us was very polite and helpful. The kids loved the focaccia al formaggio, the salad with octopus and pasta (there are available kids portions), all the starters were great. Tartar was missing the raw egg, but overall was OK. There were a lot of choises for wines but we don't drink. The indoor space was really nice, we stayed outside though beacuse it was a nice summer afternoon and we had our dog with us, not sure (didn't ask actually) if we could have sit...
