Un Saccogoloso — Restaurant in Volterra

Great little restaurant in Piazza 20 Settembre in Volterra with reasonable prices. Nice outside seating with great views, wonderful for a sunset. Food is traditional Italian / Tuscan. My pizza was very tasty and a good size, and they were fine with modifying the menu to make it vegetarian. The others complimented their Steak Fiorentina (1kg, shared by 4) which apparently was tender and tasty, and the sides were good. They also have seafood, pasta and various other things on the menu....

We sat at a dirty table and after a few minutes we were told to change our table to a different one, which we did. Then we waited quite long for the waitress to come and take our order. After another 10 minutes a man came to us and rudely told us that he cannot make food for 3 people. We wasted 30 mins, we still we weren’t served and we were met with an impolite attitude from the servers. Stay far away from this...

Es un restaurante donde lo mejor son las personas. Pedimos unas pizzas que tenían una pinta extraordinaria, pero por desgracia por un problema médico grave no pude disfrutar de su comida. La propietaria del restaurante observó mi estado y se ofrecieron ella y su marido para llevarme hasta el parking donde tenia estacionado el coche. Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad, puede que eso me salvase la vida porque una vez allí resultó que había sufrido un infarto y en el parking pudieron llegar los servicios médicos rápidamente para atenderme y llevarme al Hospital. Mucha gracias. È un ristorante dove la cosa migliore sono le persone. Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze che sembravano straordinarie, ma sfortunatamente a causa di un grave problema medico non ho potuto godermi il loro cibo. La proprietaria del ristorante ha osservato le mie condizioni e lei e suo marito si sono offerti di accompagnarmi nel parcheggio dove avevo parcheggiato la macchina. Grazie mille per la vostra gentilezza, forse questo mi ha salvato la vita perché una volta lì si è scoperto che avevo avuto un infarto e i servizi medici sono riusciti ad arrivare velocemente nel parcheggio per curarmi e portarmi in ospedale....
