カプリチョーザ 青森THREE店 — Restaurant in Aomori

Although there were some minor hiccups due to translation issues. I blame myself for not being proficient in Japanese. But it was quickly clarified and resolved without a hitch. I’d have to give a special mention to the male staff that handled my takeout order! He was really polite. Sadly I didn’t get to catch his name.

That being said this was one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had! The pasta was amazing and the recommended pizza was absolutely divine. It’s a pity that I found this gem of a restaurant on my last night here in Aomori! Would definitely eat here again when I do visit Aomori...

The food was really tasty and arrived very quickly. The service was friendly and attentive – overall a very pleasant experience. スパイス、ガーリック、塩味、香り、ハーブを感じない、限りなく風味のない薄味。

麺はしっかり十分に茹でられ茹で置きされた麺にソースを和えた様なスパゲッティ風食感。 ソースを和えてる間に柔らかい麺の表面が溶けてソースの味をちょっともっさりさせてるかな。 味が欲しいなと思いましたがタバスコも粉チーズもバジル等もテーブルにありませんでした。

量は多いので、お買い物の後で家族でシェアしながら食べれますが少なくて良いのでもう少し価格を下げて美味しいタイミングで提供してもらいたいなぁなんて思いました。 パスタの小盛りはできますがお値段は変わりません。

セットメニューにしたくてもわかりにくいのと、お得感が分からず魅力的な組み合わせもなく、単品で選びました。結局ランチとしては利用しにくい金額になってしまいました。

ドリアは具が食べごたえありました。 焼いたというより温めた感じチーズトロって言う感じてはありません。クリーミィーな感じです。 チーズやパン粉などでカリッとしたところがあって食感に変化があると薄味でもいいのになと思いながらいただきました。

ピザもソース、トッピングの味の違いや変化がなく2種類食べましたが、同じ様で味が分かりませんでした。せめて香りがあってもいいのになと思いました。

食後サービスのフレバールイボス茶は美味しいと思いました。甘い柑橘の香りがしました。ちょっとぬるかったですが、ホッとして食事が終わりました。
