I had a horrible experience at this fast food place. The food was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The service was also terrible, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty and disorderly, with garbage overflowing from the trash cans. To top it off, my order was incorrect and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. There was also a toddler that aggressively tried to suck on my toe under the table because the parents didn't bother keeping it in check while going to the toilet.I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never...

Very good priced food (under 1000 Yen for set meals). Despite the price, the meals were very tasty. I recommend the brownie, since it is absoluty amazing. They have a drink bar for 219 Yen and you can refill juice or coffee as many times as you want. The cheese filled hamburger steak is great, the beef also. They bring you a nice small self grill to finish your meat as you desire. Mango based desserts were also great. First place to open, last place to close, even when the queue is long, the wait is short. The food quality is high and the prices low. I love karaage and Gusto has the best karaage for its price. It also has cute cat waiter robots. There are lots of power outlets! It was my home whenever I needed rest and recharging when I was camping during the summer festival. Every tourist should try this place...
