Great kinda retro vibe! Reminiscent of Ichiran Ramen (or did Ichiran get their gig from this?) where you sit down a countertop seat, and your order will come through the window in front of you.
Great Ramen broth! I had the 津軽ラーメン "こく煮干し". The soup was not too salty and had a sweet taste to it. It was light and refreshing!
