茶寮 大路 — Restaurant in Beppu

We went to the popular restaurant next door, but there was an hour wait. We came here, but they told us they were closed and recommended the place we had just been. We decided to start looking again, but the woman there said they will be able to accommodate us after a discussion.

The meal was one of the most unforgettable experiences we had on our entire trip in Japan. The service was impeccable, and the food was so delicious. 夕食で利用しました。

貸切っぽかったようですが、お店の方にお尋ねすると、3,520円のコースなら用意できると快く入れていただきました☺️

お魚の南蛮漬け(お魚柔らかくて美味しい) 温玉が乗った茶蕎麦(チュルチュルトゥルトゥルで美味しい) サザエと海老の焼いたの(海の恵み美味しい)

と、どんどん運ばれてどれも美味しく楽しいラインナップです。

そして、お野菜の蒸籠蒸しが素晴らしいです。 最初はタレをつけずに、とおねいさんが説明してくださり、言われた通りにして、素材の旨さに半泣きでした。

温かいものをハフハフ食べる幸せ。

そして、鯛のお頭の炊いたのが最後に登場(正式名称は忘れた🐟)

これまで色々な土地に行ってお魚の煮付けは食べてきましたが、塩っぽいあっさりした煮付けは初めてです。

これが。すごく。良い。

あっさりスィーーーーと沁み渡るけど深みがあるスープがたまりません。

そして絶妙なタイミングで、お魚の身を食べ終えたらスープに最後ごはんを入れて食べても美味しいですよって運ばれてきました。

完璧です。 心が優しくほぐれるとても良いお店でした。
