Chinetsu Kanko Labo Enma — Restaurant in Beppu

Read about this place from the Beppu Taiken Bus Ticket website, which offered the cooking experience in exchange of 4 coupons. I made a reservation about 3 days prior via the online booking site and bought the coupons from the tourist information desk at JR beppu station. The food was prepared as soon as we reached at 11am and we were invited to place the food trays into the steamer. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be served. Everything was fresh and tasted good. As the weather was cold, the food became cold very quickly. Possible to request for the seats with hot water to soak your feet. Interesting place to have experience to cook hot spring food, and enjoy foot spa at the same time. Delicious chicken, vegetables, seafood, especially noodles with boiled eggs. Have lots of fun when you put those food into steam hole, and countdown til foods ready. If you have more time to stay at Aso mountain, this restaurant is a good place to try another's cooking experience, and good place to have lunch. Recommend it with five star experience. Enjoy...

I normally don't do this. But this experience was horrible and I intend to make this review public. We arrived around 11am, the place was basically empty and the waiter said, they take reservations ONLY! So for future customers, if you don't make reservation, dont waste your trip here, even if there's no customers here. They will refuse to take you in. No matter what!
