I entered, anticipating delightful omuraisu and hamburg, but exited having savored an exquisite French dining experience. Words fall short in capturing my profound joy and culinary satisfaction. The wagyu steak is indispensable. Though I've journeyed through 50 countries and sampled the finest steakhouses in NYC, this steak stands alone as a masterpiece. My knife glided through it as if cutting silken tofu. The steak boasts a sublime caramelized exterior, with a hint of charcoal flavor that perfectly balances the richness of wagyu, presenting a meaty, fatty, culinary marvel on my plate. The hamburg was oozing with juice when cut into. To top it all up, we had the creme brulee...superbly rich. The experience was brilliant! We were very lucky...the restaurant closed for lunch after having us. Several customers were turned away. Wish we had time to return for another meal. Highly recommend anyone visiting Beppu to drop by this quaint,...
