Not a huge selection of beef cuts on the menu, but their jyo-karubi (short rib) was so delicious we had several repeat orders. Gyutan (tongue) shio is also worth mentioning. Randomly searched on google for Yakiniku and found this gem. The restaurant serves charco grilled Yakiniku which is far better than gas grilling. The Short Rib meat itself is great can tell from the marbling and cutting of it. However, the pork can be improved by cutting in slice then cube when serving.
