Greetings Googlers, today was a special day we took my little minion out to celebrate her special day. We arrived early on a weekday since their hours on google reflected busy time around 7pm. We were seated fairly quickly. My companion and I decided to enjoy a surf and turf kinda meal. We got lobster, shrimp, and wagyu sirloin steak. What a treat, the steak was delicious and so was the shrimp. Lobster could of used a little butter or something of the sort but was still enjoyed. I’d recommend the wagyu sirloin get cooked to a well done to maximize flavor. My picky little minions did get the steak kids set and boy did they tear it up. I decided to try their muscle appetizer and was treated with a little show on the plate. Not sure if you should cook it on the salt or blow it out (which is what I did) but they were YUM. If you trying it let me know how it is. I was disappointed since most teppanyaki places I’ve been to the cook did a show but we did not get that here. The night was ended with a special surprise for the...
Read moreHad a bit of wait to be seated but that is common about anywhere that is good to eat around here. The restaurant is clean, lighting and environment great. The salad with Japanese dressing was perfect and the soup delicious. Our family of 5 ordered tenderloin steaks, sirloin steak and shrimp, along with bean sprouts, potatoes, onions and peppers, and garlic rice and appetizers fried cheese sticks and French fried potatoes. Everything was made perfectly, portions were large and the steaks melted in our mouths. China (pronounced Chee-na) was our cook and AMAZING with the best personality. Super kind, funny, social and just over all a really fun guy who spoke English really well (which a bonus and was helpful for us). In fact, everyone who worked there that we spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. We were overwhelmed with food and how much there was. Also the hospitality and kindness we received were above and beyond wonderful. Looking forward...
Read moreAfter being here 11 years, I have finally visited the famous Four Seasons. We tried the couple’s steak set. We got wagyu sirloin. The salad was cheap and simple, so we just passed it back. The soup was decent, not bad. The pork that came with the set was pretty good and I liked the honey sauce that came with it! The wagyu sirloin was very good. It’s not as good as Kobe, but it’s much cheaper, so I would say this is a pretty good place if you want to try some good wagyu. Not sure of too many places with better wagyu around here. The lobster was the worst I have had here on Okinawa. It was overcooked and rubbery. If you want lobster you need to go to one of the fish markets or literally anywhere but here.
Tried a Maitai, but it mostly tasted like sweet canned pineapple juice with a bit of rum. Not worth it, just get beer.
All in all, if you want to come here for good wagyu, go for it, but don’t get the couples set, just get your steak...
