ร้าน "Ichiran Dazaifu Sando" - เรียกกันว่าราเมงข้อสอบ เพราะต้องวงเลือกสิ่งต่างๆในชามราเมนตามชอบ เช่น ความเข้มของซุป ระดับความเผ็ด ระดับของเส้น - ที่ญี่ปุ่นมี Ichiran ramen หลายสาขามาก แต่สาขานี้จะพิเศษกว่าสาขาอื่น คือ ใช้ชามห้าเหลี่ยม และเส้นราเมนที่ยาวกว่าสาขาอื่นๆ (มีแถบวัดความยาวด้านข้าง) - วันที่ไปช่วงเที่ยง ใช้เวลาต่อแถวประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ที่ร้านจะมี 16 ที่นั่ง ช่วงต่อแถวมีน้ำไว้บริการด้วย - เวลาสั่งก็ใส่เงินในตู้หน้าร้าน เลือกกดเมนูที่ต้องการ จะได้คูปองมา แล้วพนักงานจะเอาใบเลือกระดับต่างๆของราเมนมาให้เลือก ใครทานครั้งแรกให้ระดับเลือกกลางๆไว้ก่อน - ก่อนจะถึงคิวเข้าไปในร้านก็ยื่นคูปองพร้อมใบกระดาษที่เลือกแล้วให้พนักงานได้เลย - ที่นั่งทานจะเป็นช่องเล็กๆ ส่วนตัว มีน้ำเปล่าให้กดด้านซ้าย ข้างหน้าจะเป็นม่านกั้นกับโซนครัว ใครมาหลายคนจะพับที่กั้นด้านข้างก็ได้ตามสะดวก - พอราเมนเสร็จ พนักงานจะมาเปิดม่านยื่นชามราเมนให้ - รสชาติเป็นราเมนทงคตสึ ซุปอร่อย หอมเบาๆ เส้นยาวจริง - ภาพรวมชอบบรรยากาศการทานราเมนแบบนี้ ราเมนที่เลือกตามความชอบคนทาน อร่อย😉

Ichiran is one of the best chained store tonkotsu ramen, I've visited quite a few stores, and everything was so consistent, the flavor, the richness and the portion was very good. You can add additional toppings such as noodle, egg, meat, leeks and many more.

The only two things this Ichiran branch has going for itself is location and the Ichiran name. The soup was salty. The saltiness overwhelms other tastes. There are better options for ramen. But for a quick bite to fill the stomach, this place would work.

Ramen is definitely delicious, but the service is amazing. I forgot my son's bag with all the souvenirs he likes in the restaurant. I called and the employee was very helpful to send it back to me. I'm very thankful, the customer service is fantastic.

Unique and cozy for me as I have tried those single stall dining experience. The ramen is very nice as you can pick your ramen preference noodle and soup. The order method is very modern as there is a vending machine outside for you to order.
