Warm toasty baguette that was really soft to bite into, and the mentaiko wasn't that raw (it was made a little more mellow due to the paste) and I think that really worked for the baguette! There's no store seating; ordering is right at the door!

I always thought people were exaggerating the taste of this baguette. I was sooo wrong! Mentaiko taste was not that special to me when I tried it in other places but for some reason, it tasted so good with this bread! I don’t really want to visit Dazaifu again but for this bread and the other foods in this place, I’ll visit again.

loved the mentaike france bread! it should definitely be eaten hot. the mentaiko is very flavourful (or salty) and the bread is fluffy and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
