Edit as I went here again Monday 20th May Arrived at 12:30 as I was planning having their gentei, but it's served from 13:30. So instead went with the "Sea ramen shio". Just one patron in store at this time but more showed up while I ate. Again excellent but would rank their regular shio the one to get. Still can't recommended this shop enough! --- First review below Arrived just after 2pm on a Wednesday, was lucky as someone just left when I walked in so got seated directly after buying ticket. Had a bit hard time to decide what to get but in the end went with shio wonton ramen(1300 jpy as writing this).
As you can choose soup here (shoyu/shio) I asked for soup recommendation for that particular style.
I've heard good things about this place and it did deliver. Excellent shio, and the menma was the best I've ever had. Delicious wontons and soft chashu.
Noods was also as perfect as they can be. Can't describe how much I liked the soup!
This will be a repeat store for me and Enoshima is also really nice place. (Edited...

Their dashi (broth) is key, and I love it that they let you choose shoyu or salt-based soup every time for most ramen. I loved the seasonal (I think) wonton noodles with super plump shrimps in them! I tried both shoyu and salt and loved them both.
They also serve rice bowls but since each ramen bowl is quite filling, we haven't got around to ordering them yet. Tamago Gohan (raw egg over warm rice) is something I cannot have at home (husb not a big fan of them 😭) so I'm eyeing that for if I ever get a chance to order rice bowls.
Definitely visit when they open or at least by 1130am or else you'll probably need to wait for the first round of...
Read moreHands down, this is the best Ramen around. Went here after surfing lessons at Surf Seen. We had the Shio and Soyu Ramen with a side of the tiny white fish (forgot the name). The Ramen didn't give you that heavy feel after eating it. The taste had so much flavor but gentle at the same time. The white fish dish was also light and refreshing. I highly recommend having a meal here. You will be missing out...
