Incredible Japanese Gourmet Experience
For the first time on our 3 month Japan tour we can honestly say that this place is the best culinary experience we have had that presents a lovely and cozy atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time eating the recommended dishes as we were completely lost with what to choose so we ordered 3 dishes, fish dumplings, a sashami of fish and another sashami smoked fish and rice dish sorry but the names we forget.
The food was presented incredibly with the sashami coming first with nori seaweed so you can make your own makis or mix with the seaweed. The smoked fish with rice and soup was spectacular, every mouthful was bursting the taste buds with new surprises of different tastes and textures. The dumplings, just super yummy with an incredible bisque like soup that made our mouths water more.
Overall the food 10/10, staff 10/10, service 10/10, presentation 10/10 and for personal approach 11/10.
Recommendations If you want something different from the norm then go here, the food choices are so incredible with a chef's touch from the heart.
Very close to the beach and the train station including the bridge to the island.
Thank you to all of the staff for an incredible evening of pure divine eating.

Let me start by talking about the tamagoyaki. Normally, I've had tamagoyaki made with frozen ingredients, but this one was different. It had a texture similar to scrambled eggs—soft, smooth, and not too sweet. It was actually savory, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend trying it.
Now, onto the sashimi. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The quality of the fish was top-notch, and each piece melted in our mouths. It was definitely a highlight of the meal. On the other hand, the restaurant's signature rice bowl didn't quite appeal...
Read moreThis place usually has a long line waiting to get in, but sometimes right before the typical lunch time on a weekday, you get lucky and encounter a somewhat a short line :)
On hot and sunny days, they have the sun-blocking umbrellas and water server for the guests to use while they wait in the line outside. They also have restrooms outside as well for those of us waiting.
Food is not cheap, but filling and reasonable considering the location and and the menu is mostly fish... which usually says "Market price." Presentation of the food is really nice and you can make a "set" (or a rice and miso soup combo) with any of the a la carte items, so even our 7yo daughter was able to find something she can eat.
Also really nice that you can order seconds for the...
