I got Shoyu ramen with Chashu and an egg. The broth was light yet flavorful, the noodles were perfectly firm and bouncy, and Chashu was tender. The broth also seemed to have some kind of seafood base as well which was a nice twist on the typical shoyu that I’ve had.
