ホルモン辛味ラーメンが美味しいと聞き 初訪問。 火曜日の11時20分に店に着き1番目をゲット 11時半ピッタリに開店しカウンターに座って ホルモン辛味ラーメンの一辛をコールしました。 すると開店5分も経たずに満席💦 凄い人気店です。 約7分程でホルモン辛味ラーメン着丼しました。 先ずはスープを呑んでみると辛いけど旨みが凄い。そしてホルモンを食べるとほろほろではありませんが噛めば噛む程甘みが口に広がり そこへスープを呑んでみるとこれがまた旨い😋 麺は小麦粉麺のストレート、ちゃんぽん麺を思わせる、モチモチの麺 まるでモツ鍋の〆ラーメンのようです🍜 あーライスを頼んで〆に雑炊にしたかったです。 牛骨ラーメンも気になりましたので、次回は牛骨ラーメン頂きたいと思います。 店内もお洒落で落ち着いて食事出来ました。 ご馳走様でした😋

We really wanted to eat ramen, but most ramen in Japan contains pork. At this shop, a very kind vendor made us ramen without pork. I saw the chef open a new pot and start cooking it specially for us. there were 3 of us, my husband and daughter. they were very friendly and kind. thank you for your help to us. Since my first visit in 2023, this place has been my go-to ramen spot. The staff is always incredibly kind, and the chef never fails to prepare a delicious pork-free ramen for me, respecting my food restrictions.
