ขับรถมาครอบครัว 5 คน มาถึงร้านตอนใกล้จะปิด พอเข้าไปก็เจอบรรยากาศอบอุ่นสบายๆ สไตล์ญี่ปุ่น มีพี่พนักงานผู้หญิงคนเดียว เดินมายิ้มๆแต่ดูกังวล แล้วบอกว่าตอนนี้ทั้งร้านมีเธออยู่คนเดียว ถ้าจะสั่งต้องรอนิดนึง คุณลูกค้าโอเคมั้ย พวกเราก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร

ระหว่างรอก็มีพี่เขาก็ยังอุตส่าห์เอาน้ำชามาเสิร์ฟให้ก่อน พี่เขาดูตั้งใจมาก ทั้งที่อยู่คนเดียวแต่ก็ยังบริการดี ไม่นานมากนักอาหารก็ค่อยๆทยอยมา และอร่อยทุกจาน โดยเฉพาะข้าวหน้าปลาไหล ที่ย่างปลามาได้หอม เนื้อนุ่มพอดี ทานด้วยกันกับซอสและข้าวได้ลงตัวสุดๆ น้ำซุปรสอ่อนๆก็หอมอร่อยด้วยรสติดลิ้นเบาๆของปลาทะเล ซดแล้วสบายคอ

โดยรวมแล้วคุณภาพอาหารกับปริมาณคือคุ้มกับราคา แต่ที่เป็นอีกขั้นของความประทับใจคือการบริการ พี่พนักงานคนนี้ เขาพยายามเต็มที่ แม้จะมีปัญหาเรื่องภาษาแต่ก็ยิ้มแย้มอยู่ตลอดพร้อมกับตั้งใจบริการอย่างดีที่สุด จนสุดท้ายพวกเราอดไม่ได้ ต้องขอถ่ายรูปพี่เขาเก็บไว้เป็นที่ระลึกถึงประสบการณ์ดีๆ เหมือนได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นจากเมืองนี้ หวังว่าจะได้กลับมาอีกนะ

We drove here as a family of five and got to the restaurant just before closing time. As we walked in, the place had this cozy, laid-back classic Japanese vibe. There was just one female staff member working—she came over with a smile, looking a little worried, and said, “Sorry, I’m the only one here right now. If you want to order, it might take a while. Is that okay?” We were totally fine with it.

While we waited, she even brought us some tea first. You could tell she was really trying her best. Even though she was handling the whole place by herself, the service was still great. The food started coming out set by set. Not too long, and everything we ordered was seriously great. The highlight was the grilled eel rice bowl. The eel was fragrant, soft, and went perfectly with the sauce and rice. The soup on the side had a light, savory seafood taste that made it super comforting to sip.

Overall, the food quality and portions were well worth the price. But what really made the experience special was the service. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she kept smiling and gave it her all to take care of us. In the end, we just had to ask for a photo with her. It felt like such a warm and genuine first welcome to the city. Definitely hope we get to come...

I went here with 2 friends. We got seated at a nice traditional table where we got served free water. We all got the Unagi with rice. The drinks came quickly with a very friendly and kind smile. When the food arrived it looked stunning and smelled amazing. The taste of the food was absolutely incredible.
