℉/concept — Restaurant in Fukuoka

We were recommended to this place while buying some snacks in the market. Indeed all the dishes were very fresh and delicious not only that food portion were rather filling too. No queuing,when we visited (unlike the other stall where many Instagram personnel & YouTubers rave about & also the Q were super long...). We were immediately shown to our tables & you can scan and order from their English menu too. The place is spacious too. We ordered their sashimi prawns (very very fresh) Uni,sashimi,oysters,fish liver and etc. They have cooked food too incase those travelling with young kids and old folks. They have children chairs available and it's wheelchair accessible too. We spend around 45mins having our lunch and when we came out,we saw that the Q from there barely moved with many hungry floks still joining the Q... Do try it out while you are there. It's location is along the stretch right behind the long Q stall and you can find them when u see a small ice-cream cone statue on your right while you walk...

We had a couple shops added to our restaurants to visit at the yanagibashi Rengo market. Good thing we had F/concept as one of the shops we would like to try. From the time we stepped into the restaurant to us saying bye to the chefs and the team, everything was perfect.

The food was fresh and presented bountifully. The uni set was amazing, the aburi kinki was super tasty (we ordered three serving 🤣), the oysters were pretty huge…we asked the lady who was serving us to suggest some good sake and she suggested a couple sake for us to try.

the food was to die for, the service was immaculate and the price, so the price was so very reasonable. We all loved it. Will definitely go back when we next...

The sushi was fresh and the presentation was lovely.

The sardine tempura was also tasty

The selection of sake was good and we tried both the dry and sweet ones.

Price was reasonable

The don’t rush you even tho there’s a queue outside

Only issue was long queue due to the popularity of the restaurant but they have a good system of registration and everyone was waiting patiently.

They only take PayPay and cash. Credit cards...
