I have experienced kushikatsu in various Japanese restaurants, but the kushikatsu here is special. It's not just frying the ingredients, it's making one dish with the ingredients and frying it to make a new kushikatsu. The kushikatsu I ate here is something I've never eaten in other restaurants. It is fresher and more flavorful because it is made and fried immediately when ordered with seasonal ingredients. I shouted Oishi the whole time I ate. I was very grateful to my husband for booking this place. I really want to come by again next time.
