🔥 注目ポイント 2025年5月に高砂にオープンした注目の新店。オープン直後からInstagramで話題をさらい、その美しいビジュアルと濃厚豚骨の実力で人気急上昇中。立地は渡辺通交差点からすぐで、アクセスも抜群。今回ようやく訪問できましたが、味・雰囲気ともに期待を大きく超える体験でした。

🍜 スープ 臭みがなく、柔らかくまろやか。滑らかな舌触りのトロ感スープは、しっかりと旨みとコクを備えた絶品仕上がり。今年食べた中でもトップクラスの好み。

渡辺通の豚骨ラーメン。 今回はワンタンと生卵をトッピングした豚骨ラーメンと、おにぎりをいただきました。 豚骨ラーメンは、特有の臭みが全くなく、純粋な旨味だけを抽出したようなスープが絶品で最高でした。トッピングのワンタンも皮がつるんとしていて、スープとの相性も抜群です。 他にもサイドメニューのおにぎりも、優しい塩加減が濃厚な豚骨スープによく合い、とても美味しいです。 お店はカウンター10席ほどで、気軽に立ち寄れる雰囲気です。 お一人様はもちろん、ご友人と一緒に訪れるのにもぴったりだと思います。 個人的に一番好きな豚骨ラーメンです。臭みが苦手な方にこそ試してほしい一杯で、絶対にまた行きたいです。ボリュームもしっかりあるので、次回は白ごはんと一緒に楽しみたいと思います。福岡観光の方にもおすすめできる名店です。

(English Translation) A tonkotsu ramen shop in Watanabe-dori. This time, I had the tonkotsu ramen topped with wontons and a raw egg, along with some onigiri (rice balls). The tonkotsu ramen was absolutely fantastic. The soup had none of the strong odor sometimes associated with tonkotsu, just pure, extracted umami. The wonton topping was smooth and went perfectly with the soup. The onigiri on the side were also very delicious; their gentle saltiness was a great match for the rich tonkotsu broth. The shop has about 10 counter seats and a casual atmosphere, making it easy to drop in. I think it's perfect for dining alone or with friends. This is personally my favorite tonkotsu ramen. I especially recommend this bowl to anyone who dislikes the strong smell of some tonkotsu. I definitely want to go back. It's quite filling, so next time I think I'll get it with a side of plain rice instead of onigiri. It's a great spot that I can recommend to tourists visiting...
