I’ve been here a total of 3-4 times, and at least 2 times that I was there, I was met with a staff who was cold/not the most polite.
Today I wanted to visit again and it looked very crowded so I wanted to check if there were enough seats for me and my friend. I went inside quite the middle of the store, but a female staff curtly said “first order, please.” I understand her reasoning for saying that, but her tone was not the most polite and seemed as if I were being such a bother for doing what I did. There weren’t enough seats so I left, but even if there were seats, her attitude left a sour taste in my mouth and I don’t think I would have wanted to support the business anymore.

The baristas were extremely helpful in selecting beans with all of them able to speak a bit of English and one speaking fluent English.
I had a cup of excellence awarded washed coffee from Mexico and a washed Honduran. Both were fantastic coffees.
To accompany your drink, they have a selection of cakes/sweets which looked delicious but I regrettably didn't try.
They also sell some brewing equipment, including Kalita wave papers much more cheaply than back home so you can stock up!
The baristas were also very kind to offer some dinner recommendations in the nearby area.
I will be back again one...
