Gal Bagel — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Waited 45 minutes for a “bagel” and a lukewarm latte. The bagel which was already made and on display, only needed to be warmed up. They microwaved it, so it came out soft. Probably one of the worst bagels I’ve ever had. It tasted like soft bread. I took 2 sips from the latte and had to throw it out because it was so bland. This cost me ¥900 ($6 USD).. I’m a foodie and haven’t been this disappointed in a while. If you’re used to freshly-baked, NYC-style bagels with a slightly crispy crust and a chewy interior with generous cream cheese, don’t come here. If you like waiting 45 minutes for microwaved, overpriced bread then I recommend...

We left feeling very lucky to have found this gem. Service was kind and patient. Atmosphere was peaceful. Food was fantastic.

Every component of the set meal was delicious and made with care. Bagels were warm and fluffy. Coffee was exactly right. On top of this the prices are very reasonable....

店内は大名にありそうなとってもおしゃれな雰囲気でした！ ベーグルの味は薄めで焼きたては硬めのパンのような感じでしたが、翌日表面を濡らしてチンするともちーっと美味しいベーグルになりました。

お店の雰囲気はバッチリだったのですが、店員さんの接客についてちょっと気になったので書かせていただきます。 お店に行った際ベビーカー連れだったので、なかなかお店のドアが開けられず困っていましたが、男女2人の店員さんはどちらも特に声かけもなくチラッと見るだけでスルーされました。(結局そばにいたお客さんが手伝ってくれました) 入店後、ベーグルを選ぶスペースが狭くベビーカーで通れなかったので、店内のどこに置こうかしばらく迷っていたけどこれまたスルー（ ; ;...
