Absolutely stunning ramen!! As a westerner, I’d really only ever had Tonkotsu and Shoryu ramen. I don’t know what kind of ramen this is - I’m told by our local friends that it’s quite unique with the light fish base to the soup, but it is amazing! The sliced pork in the soup has been lightly toasted on a griddle or over charcoal to give it a smoky edge that comes through in the soup. The ramen was excellent here. The way it is boiled through a kettle I found to be the most exciting part, like a chemistry project. It was fun to watch.

Definitely one of my favourite ramen shops in Fukuoka. Nice strong broth accompanied with a nice portion of sliced pork. It was delicious and very tasty! Very good pork ramen, would recommend...

The ramen was excellent here. The way it is boiled through a kettle I found to be the most exciting part, like a chemistry project. It was fun to watch. Definitely one of my favourite ramen shops in Fukuoka. Nice strong broth accompanied with a nice portion of sliced pork. It was delicious and very tasty! サイフォンで出汁を取るラーメン。 鰹節のあっさりだしが美味しい！ チャーシューというか。ベーコンかな？ 豚骨ラーメンが普段は大好きなんですが、食べると胃が疲れて眠くなるのですが、 ここのラーメンは、身体に優しいようで、全く胃が疲れませんでした笑笑 優しいラーメン、疲れた時に食べたいラーメンです。柚子胡椒や梅もやしもラーメンと相性良かったです。 餃子はお肉だけで作られていて、がっつりでした。 A ramen noodle with siphon. The light dashi of bonito is delicious! It ’s called char siu. Is it bacon? I usually love pork bone ramen, but when I eat it, my stomach gets tired and sleeps. The ramen here seems to be kind to the body and the stomach never got tired Gentle ramen, ramen that you want to eat when you get tired. Yuzu pepper and plum bean sprouts were good for ramen. The dumplings were made with only meat and were solid.
