Made my booking for 2 nights in advance here. The dormitory accommodation is only for males, and has all the basic necessities like vending machines, restrooms, shower rooms, quite hall area for watching TV, reading books or writing notes, etc.. Being a capsule hotel, I got an upper bed and was comfortable for me as I'm not a big and tall personality. There are convenience stores, shops, shopping malls, restaurants, etc.. very nearby and is quite accessible to public transport systems also both bus as well as subway lines. The staff were also quite helpful and generous.

I stayed in many hotels in Osaka or Tokyo and they are usually way better. Capsules per se are clean but badly insulated with no comfort. Communication is a catastrophe. While everyone in Japan nowadays knows how to use Google translate, this business will play the 'oh we can't help you because of the language barrier'. I have had an open complaint for 4 weeks and they keep ignoring it. There are many great hotels in Fukuoka, do yourself a favour and save you from some trouble and stay...

I asked them to solve the problem but they gave me earbuds and told that no other room was empty. The service and the facilities were good. I had my own food and I enjoyed that.
