Quite an unpleasant shopping experience at this store. Firstly, the staffs cannot really explain nor give any information. We were here to buy iPhone and at the cashier we went through at least three different men as they either don’t know how to complete the selling procedures or they confused if there is electronic devices discount (DM shows 7%) Apple Pay/credit card discount (DM shows 8%) at their own store or not, and the most annoying is they DO NOT EXPLAIN. At the end, turn out their touch screen can’t work so no Apple Pay allowed and Apple products are not applicable to any discount except the 10% tax free for all the foreigners. We find it difficult to recommend others for purchasing anythings...

商品の問い合わせを無視したり、態度が悪かったりします。日本人のお客さんにはとても親切に対応しているのに、外国人には無視するような態度です。そんな態度を取るなら、わざわざお金を使って嫌な思いをする必要はありません。特に3階の薬や化粧品売り場の店員の態度が非常に悪いです。薬やお菓子を買いたい観光客には、近くの「ドン・キホーテ」薬局での購入をお勧めします。価格もこちらより安く、商品も豊富で、サービスも良く、同じく免税対応もしてくれます。

外国人のお金を稼ぎたくないなら無理に対応しなくていいので、他のお店で買い物をしましょう。この店は日本人だけからお金を稼げばやっていけるのでしょう。

I frequently visit Japan, and this Bic Camera is the most unfriendly to foreigners. If they dislike and do not welcome foreigners, they should just put up a notice at the entrance.

When asking about products, they ignore you and have a bad attitude. The staff treat Japanese customers very well but don't want to deal with foreigners. In that case, there's no reason to spend money here while being treated poorly. Especially the staff on the 3rd floor in the cosmetics section, their attitude is extremely bad. I recommend tourists who want to buy cosmetics or snacks to go to the nearby Don Quijote instead. The prices are cheaper, there’s a wider variety of products, better service, and they also offer tax-free shopping.

If they don't want to make money from foreigners, then they shouldn't force themselves. Just shop somewhere else. It doesn't matter to them anyway since they can survive by only earning from Japanese customers.

Two staff members tried to assist me with a sim card. I'd been able to use the ones bought at the airport before, but the Freetel one I bought would not work with my phone and I need data for maps and translation.
