This Pietro location is great. I've been there several times and the service is always very accommodating and friendly. Besides the great food and super salad dressing ..if you sit at the counter, they have plugs to charge your phone. The store also has a gift shop area with neat ideas. ギフトの購入で、2回行きました。常温商品と一緒にギフトボックスも買って、詰めて、包装してもらいました。

プチプチ緩衝材は、言わないと出してくれません。しかも、折り曲げて商品の間に突っ込むように教育されているようです。そんな緩衝の仕方は見たことがありません。

2回とも違うスタッフでしたが、2回とも同じようなことをされそうになり、自分でしますと途中から首を突っ込んでしまいました。

袋状になったプチプチを、店側で用意したらいかがでしょうか？ギフトなのに折り畳まれたプチプチが挟まっていたら、開けて残念ではないですか？ギフトなのに。なんだこの塊は…と思うじゃないですか。

1回目のときは、ギフトボックスを組み立てる際に、紙製ボックスに指の跡の凹みがつき、包装の手際が悪く、かなり時間がかかり、こちらから言わなければ、ギフトを渡す用の紙袋はくれないスタッフでした。休日のお昼時で、お客さんが多い時間帯でした。

2回目のときは、ギフトボックスに商品を入れるときの入れ方が雑で、包装の仕方もせっかちで雑、同じくギフトを渡す用の紙袋はくれないスタッフでした。今回は郵送する予定なので、こちらももう言いませんでした。平日の昼と夕方の間の、お客さんがかなり少ない時間帯でした。

ギフト商品を買って、相手に渡す用の紙袋をもらえなかったお店は初めてです。持ち歩きの紙袋は、シワシワになりますよね？少し考えれば分かることなのに。

商品は悪くないのに、贈り物をするのに、なんだか嫌な気分です。他の人のクチコミでも、スタッフに関する内容が多いですね。問題は人にあるようです。

ピエトロのオンラインストアで買えば嫌な気持ちにならなくて済むのかな？とも思いますが、実際に見て選びたかったり、このあと持っていきたかったりするんです。...
